South Delhi Municipal Corporation published recruitment notification for filling up the vacant posts of Junior Engineers (Civil and Electrical) on contract basis. The eligible candidates may apply till 10th May 2016.

SDMC is serving the population of almost 56 Lacs citizen with a responsibility of monitoring, upgrading and developing civic amenities efficiently with a view to create a better tomorrow for citizens of Delhi.
It occupies an area of 656.91 Sq. K.M. which is further sub- divided into 4 Zones- Central, South, West and Najafgarh Zone and has 104 wards.

Total Number of Posts: 86 Posts

1. Civil Junior Engineer: 74
2. Electrical Junior Engineer: 12

Qualification or Eligibility

1. Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized or (b) Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized institutions or equivalent with two years professional experience.

2. Degree in Electrical Engineering from recognized or (b) Diploma in Electrical Engineering from recognized institutions or equivalent with two years professional experience.

Pay Scale

Payband + Grade Pay (9300/- + 4200/-) existing DA as per 6th CPC (EPF applicable as per rule)

Age Limit

Candidates age should be 27 years for unreserved candidates. Age relaxation is applicable 05 years for SC/ ST/ PH, 03 years for OBC candidates.
